The first thing to do is to contact by phone or send us an email and check our availability.
You can then make appointment for me to come and look at the job, and to get more of a feel for what you would like us to do and what is possible, we can then, at this stage take measurements and drawings if need be.
Once we have looked at the job and discuss with you and agreed the best possible way to complete the job with you, we may be able to give you some idea of cost and how long the job will take to complete there and then.
If we cannot give you a fixed price there and then or some idea of cost, we will then study the notes taken and contact you by phone or email with a total price for completing job.
If you are then happy for us to go ahead we will then send you a written description of work to be completed and conformation of agreed start dates and approximately how long the work will take to complete.
If however you need a detailed report to send to your insurance company then we charge you a fee for time spent writing the report to present to the insurance company.
This charge will be ducted from the final invoice once we have completed the work, or you can supply us with your insurance company details and we will contact them directly on your behalf.
